Let's bridge the gap between health and humanity
We believe in the power of the body's ability to heal the individual, and that medication and surgery should be a last resort. The products and services we provide are designed to give the body what it needs to thrive, heal and repair naturally. We do this by integrating natural health and objective, research-backed education to provide people with everything their bodies need to operate at maximum potential.
The most important step in achieving our mission is to deliver proper health and nutritional education to the public. Unfortunately, public school health education is decades behind, and medical schooling tends to avoid nutritional education in order to test the theories behind the efficacy of pharmaceuticals in isolation.
We choose our products carefully and research them thoroughly before releasing to the public. If you choose not to start your health journey with UMZU, we still encourage you to browse the educational pieces below. The more you understand about your body, the better you will be able to take control of your own health.

B vitamins are especially important for women who are pregnant and breastfeeding. These vitamins aid in fetal brain development as well as reduce the risk of birth defects.
And for expectant mothers, B vitamins may boost energy levels, ease nausea, and lower the risk of developing preeclampsia.
-
Considerations for Men
B vitamins are thought to increase testosterone levels in men, which naturally decrease with age. They may also help men build muscle and increase strength. However, human studies confirming these claims are lacking.

Why Settle For "Just Okay" When You Can Have "Exceptional" B Vitamin Support?
Every single capsule of Daily B contains every B vitamin you need for daily nutrient support at the dosages your body needs to thrive.
Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate (Vitamin B6)
B6, also known as pyridoxine, is an instrumental vitamin in the body. Adequate consumption of pyridoxine is important when it comes to the production of red blood cells, metabolism and immune function. This particular vitamin also helps in the ability to maintain healthy sleep patterns.
Vitamin B9 & Vitamin B12
Vitamins B9 and B12 work hand-in-hand to support your body's immune system and mood. B9, also known as folate, is recognized by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Adequate amounts of folate are essential for the developing baby's nervous system. Prenatal vitamin supplements have higher levels of folic acid.
B12 (Cobalamin): B12, also known as cobalamin, is most notably known for aiding in the production of healthy red blood cells as well as aiding in the function of the central nervous system. It works closely with folate or vitamin B9.

What is the form of Folate in Daily B?
It is food form folate. Per the FDA, we are required to label our fermented folate as "folic acid" because it's been added to the supplement and is not naturally occurring in food. Our ingredient doesn't meet the definition of "naturally occurring in food" nor is it just the pure synthetic form. The FDA labels it as supplemental in the way your body absorbs and utilizes it.
Under the new FDA regulations in labeling, there are new units of measurement for folate called Dietary Folate Equivalents (DFE). As part of this new requirement, any folate/folic acid vitamin that is added to a supplement (whatever its form) needs to be listed separately including the actual amount added. 0.6 mcg of supplemental folate/folic acid = 1 mcg of dietary folate (or DFE). This is due to the way the vitamin is absorbed by our bodies--supplemental forms are absorbed more readily. So, for example, 480 mcg of ADDED folate or folic acid = 800 mcg dietary folate equivalents (DFE) based on this new conversion.

Featured Reviews for Daily B:
Amazing Energy Product
I purchased this originally for my 52 year old husband who had decided his best years were behind him and just came home from work to watch TV. I started him on this and within two weeks I noticed him coming home to cook, want to go to the store, and more. I decided to try them and I've noticed an energy boost personally. I added Redwood and WOW...but that's another review. I recommend their.vitamin B complex. It does more than the ones I purchased at the drugstore definitely.
