How Will My Order Ship?

We ship primarily via UPS. Orders with Economy may be delivered by USPS or UPS and will receive a tracking number for both methods. However, if the shipping address is a PO Box, a military address, or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands - we ship USPS Priority Mail.

How Do I Track My Order?

When your order ships you will receive an email with a clickable tracking number. You can also search the number in Google which will show the related shipping company. You can also visit our UMZU Tracking page.

Can I Change The Items On My Order Or The Shipping Address?

Once an order is placed we cannot make edits to either the contents or the shipping address. Please contact help@umzu.com with your order number as soon as possible if you need to cancel the order and replace it since there is a short window when we can cancel an order before it is fulfilled.

Please make sure your address is correct by reviewing the order confirmation that is sent as well as the order thank you page.

Why Does My Order Require A Signature?

Due to the high value of orders over $175, they may require a signature to ensure your package is delivered properly.

My Order Says It Was Delivered But I've Not Received Anything.

A carrier sometimes mark something as delivered before it was actually dropped off. If this is the case give it 2 more business days. If you've not received it by then please email us at help@umzu.com with your order number.

Do You Ship To My Country?

Certain countries are embargoed or restricted by the US Government. Others have strict import laws when it comes to importing supplements.

Current countries that are unable to receive orders due to strict supplement laws include: Germany, Austria, Norway, Finland, Russia, South Africa and Sweden.

Will I Have To Pay Import Taxes or Duties?

We collect & remit duties on all international orders based on the type of product and the rates set by your country.

Will Your Products Clear Customs?

Check your country's list of banned and restricted products to be sure. Each of our products contains a supplement fact panel so you can check the ingredients against their list.

Remember, you are responsible for what you import so please be sure to check it in advance.

I Ordered An UMZU/ThermoDiet Program But I've Not Received It Yet

Is There a Limit to the Number of Items I can Purchase?

We may limit orders to no more than 3 of a specific product.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders when the subtotal is over $99 after discounts are added and before tax is added.

Can I get your products for free?

We do offer promotions to try free products from time to time. If you take advantage of one of these offers, you are required to pay the shipping fee for that item even if you combine it with other orders/products. Free item offers do not count towards the free shipping over $99.

If I cancel my subscription will my order still ship?

If you cancel your subscription after your order has been processed (charged your card), you must reach out to our Customer Care Team to cancel the order too. Canceling your subscription does not cancel your pending order.
