WHO
Low testosterone affects almost 40% of men over the age of 45 and 20% of men ages 15-39. Signs of low testosterone may include declined state of well-being, fatigue, poor mood, low sex drive, difficulty concentrating and more.
WHY
After naturally bringing his own testosterone levels from 11ng/dL to 1192ng/dL, UMZU Founder Christopher Walker developed Testro-X with the exact micronutrients he used so that others could find the same success.
HOW
Testosterone can be lowered due to deficiencies in micronutrients that are crucial to the body's natural production of testosterone. Testro-X is formulated targeting the most common micronutrient deficiencies found in men with low testosterone.

What is testosterone?
Testosterone is a steroid hormone that is present in the bodies of both men and women, although men have higher concentrations of it. Testosterone is made in the testes, ovaries, and adrenal glands and is derived from cholesterol. It is primarily responsible for the development of the male reproductive system and also plays a role in body hair growth, muscle mass, fat distribution, voice depth, and libido. In the body, some testosterone is converted into dihydrotestosterone, which plays a role in prostate enlargement and baldness, and estradiol, which is a type of estrogen. This supplement is hormone-free.

Why did UMZU choose the ingredients in Testro-X?
Testro-X is a mix of ten ingredients, including magnesium, zinc, ashwagandha, boron, forskolii root extract, inositol, glycine, L-theanine, black pepper fruit extract and L-leucine. All ten ingredients are generally well-tolerated and some are important for overall health as well. Ashwagandha has also been shown to support testosterone health.
-
How does this supplement compare to other testosterone support supplements I can buy?
There are many different supplements on the market that advertise that they support healthy testosterone levels in men. While some individual ingredients may overlap between Testro-X and other brands, not all formulations are exactly the same. All ten ingredients and their dosages in Testro-X were individually selected and specifically chosen.
The ingredients in Testro-X have been used by Christopher Walker, founder of UMZU, in conjunction with a healthy diet and lifestyle to increase his own testosterone levels by over 100x.
Testro-X was not tested against or compared to any other products. UMZU makes no claims about how this supplement will affect your body compared to other testosterone support supplements.

How should I take Testro-X?
You should take three capsules of Testro-X daily. The capsules can be taken all at once or you can take them in divided doses throughout the day. There are no fat soluble ingredients in Testro-X, so it may be taken on an empty stomach, though some people may find it more comfortable to take Testro-X with food.
To assess tolerability, you may want to begin by taking one to two capsules per day. Depending on the side effects you may be experiencing (if any), you can then gradually work your way up to the full dose.
-
Can I take more than 3 capsules per day?
It is not recommended that you take more than three capsules of Testro-X per day. Doing so may increase your chance of experiencing side effects and may even be dangerous for your health. The Institute of Medicine publishes the Tolerable Upper Intake Levels (UL) for many nutrients. The UL indicates the “maximum daily intake unlikely to cause adverse health effects” for these nutrients. Two of the ingredients in Testro-X (zinc and magnesium) have published ULs. Taking more than the recommended three capsules per day may, therefore, increase your chances of experiencing side effects. Additionally, this supplement should not be taken in combination with other supplements that contain zinc or magnesium.
-
Can I take Testro-X in combination with other supplements offered by UMZU?
Do not take Testro-X in combination with other supplements that contain zinc, as this would exceed the upper limit of zinc that should be consumed through supplements each day. Use caution when taking Testro-X in combination with other supplements that contain magnesium. Doing so increases your chance of consuming more than the Tolerable Upper Intake Level for each of these ingredients, which could increase your risk of experiencing symptoms and could lead to serious negative health effects.
-
What do I do if I accidentally miss a dose?
If you accidentally miss a dose, you can either take it when you remember or you can wait until the next day to resume the supplement. It does not matter what time of day you take the supplement. However, to avoid going over the Tolerable Upper Intake Levels for zinc or magnesium, you should not take more than three capsules in a 24-hour period.
-
What are the side effects of Testro-X?
Based on the individual ingredients in the supplement, possible side effects include altered menstrual cycles, altered mood, cramping, difficulty sleeping, drowsiness, fatigue, gastrointestinal discomfort, and loose stools. Rarer, but more serious side effects may also occur. If you are experiencing worrisome symptoms, stop taking the supplement immediately and speak to your healthcare provider.
-
Is Testro-X safe for everybody?
The individual ingredients in Testro-X are generally well tolerated. However, there are certain people who should refrain from use or should use caution due to possible interactions with medical conditions or medications. Pregnant women and men with hormone-sensitive prostate cancer should not take this supplement. Additionally, individuals with autoimmune diseases (e.g. systemic lupus erythematosus, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis), kidney disease, or low blood pressure should talk to their healthcare provider first and should use caution when taking this product. Testro-X may also interact with certain medications and should be used with caution by anybody taking antibiotics, anticonvulsants, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, bisphosphonates, cholestyramine, corticosteroids, diuretics, immunosuppressive medications, orlistat, penicillamine, proton pump inhibitors, or thyroid medications. If you have a health condition or are taking medication and have questions about whether Testro-X is safe for you, talk with your healthcare provider before taking the supplement.
-
Can women take Testro-X?
It is safe for women to take Testro-X. However, the supplement is potentially dangerous during pregnancy, so women of child-bearing age should avoid taking the supplement unless they know they are not pregnant.
-
Is Testro-X vegan or vegetarian?
Testro-X is not vegan or vegetarian, due to the capsules which are made from gelatin. We make the choice to use gelatin capsules for our products because leading vegan capsules often contain plastics that are potentially harmful to your health.
-
If I stop taking Testro-X, will my body still be able to make testosterone?
Testro-X contains specific nutrients that are thought to support testosterone production. The supplement does not contain testosterone and will not suppress the body’s production of testosterone. However, if you have an underlying micronutrient deficiency when you begin taking Testro-X, you may recognize that symptoms of those deficiencies return after stopping this supplement.
-
How else can I support healthy testosterone levels in my body?
The best way to support testosterone levels in the body is to stay as healthy as possible overall. Eating a healthy diet, getting regular exercise, maintaining a healthy body weight, and sleeping enough each day are all ways to make sure your body is functioning at its peak. If you have low testosterone because of a medical condition, working with your healthcare provider to treat the underlying condition may be the best way to improve your levels. If you have low testosterone as a side effect of a medication you are taking, talk to your healthcare provider about your concerns to see if switching to an alternative medication could be right for you.
